One of the questions I hear most often is simple.
"How's the market?"
People expect a thirty-second answer. They expect me to say it's either good or bad. Strong or weak. A buyer's market or a seller's market.
The truth is... it's never that simple.
Real estate is incredibly local.
Not just state by state.
Not just county by county.
Sometimes... neighborhood by neighborhood.
I've watched two streets less than a mile apart perform completely differently.
One neighborhood receives multiple offers in days.
The other struggles despite similar homes and similar pricing.
